May.14th, 2011, Beijing  more than 30 Green Pioneers from Nordex Beijing office, their family members, friends, together with reporters from the media participate the 3rd Green Riding Beijing.

This year, the Green Riding goes beyond the city. Green Pioneers go to Yanqing district, about 70km north of Beijing, a quiet and green countryside. The riding route, named “gallery”, is 20km one way in distance, a paved road with good riding condition and beautiful scenery along the way. Green Pioneers ride a 40km round trip, with almost 4 hours. It’s a longer, tougher riding but with more sense of achievement. As Mr. Wen, from service dept., tells us, “It is enjoyably green in a green early summer.”  

Green Riding is an annual green action in Nordex Go Green Program. This is the 3rd time for such event. 1st time along the Ping’An Avenue with about 20km, 2nd time along the 2nd ring road with more than 30km in distance, Green Pioneers are doing better and going further. Each year, other than Nordex employees, more people like friends, family members and even industrial media are drawn into the activity. It’s the green and healthy life concept that Go Green is trying to bring to more people.
