职位描述：
Opportunity:

a. Lead the financial and accounting department of the joint-venture company.

b. Supervise and submit the financial and accounting reports.

c. Develop financial budget and manage cost control and financial performance.

d. Work in China and international locations.

e. Competitive and rewarding package of compensation and incentives.

f. Starting immediately.

Major Responsibilities:

a. Establish the finance and accounting systems of the new joint-venture company.

b. Develop the financial and cost control budget, and facilitate the board approval.

c. Supervise capital expenditure, provide financial advice and decision support.

d. On-going evaluation of the financial performance and cost analysis.

e. Cooperate with internal/external auditor, financial institutions, industry and commerce, taxation and other functional activities.

Requirements:

a. Minimum Bachelor degree required with major in Business, Accounting, or Finance, MBA and CPA strongly recommended.

b. At least 10-year experience in finance and accounting include 3-years of management experience. Experience in multi-national company or joint-venture preferred.

c. Good knowledge of China Accounting standards, GAAP, IAS, Tax regulation, Auditing Standards and Systems.

d. Language abilities in Chinese and English.

e. Integrity, responsible, professional and detail oriented.

f. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
